Yes, with no time limit and no card. The Free plan includes contacts and companies, notes and the timeline, files, CSV import and export, GDPR tools, the mobile app, deals, customer portal, tasks, internal calendar, mailboxes, reports. Every other module can be added on its own for a monthly price (from €9.90 / month) or comes with a paid plan; each one can be tried for 3 days, and once, all of them together for 14.

Monthly, per module, excluding VAT: between HUF 3,990 and HUF 12,990 a month in forints or between €9.90 and €32.90 a month in euros, depending on the module's weight. When a module needs another one (campaigns need lists and templates), it brings it at no extra cost. A card is asked for only when you first add a paid module.

Any time, from the module store. It keeps working until the end of the month you paid for, then switches off, and not one row is deleted: add it again and everything is where you left it.

Same core idea, every process is a module, but one system also gives you a website, a shop, a till, a service desk and HR, with a bilingual interface, an open API, and self-hosting. In fairness they are more established, offer onboarding consultants, and their mobile app is already in the stores.

Indirectly: Számlázz.hu or Billingo issues the invoice and reports it to NAV Online Számla. We compose it, hand it over and keep the PDF.

No. Contacts and companies are always there; everything else you switch on or off. A module switched off leaves the menu, but nothing is deleted: switch it back on and everything is where it was.

Export everything to CSV: contacts, companies, deals. No exit fee, and an ended trial or a cancelled subscription deletes nothing: the account carries on on the Free plan.

The whole interface works in a phone's browser. The native iOS and Android app (tasks, contacts, deals, barcode scanning) is built but not yet in the app stores.

The security page and the subprocessor list name the hosting provider and location. Inside the company, roles, record scope and field rules decide who sees what; there is two-step sign-in and SSO. Self-hosted, the data stays with you.

Yes, on request. Next.js and Postgres in one Docker image, nothing exotic; a single VPS is plenty.
