What it needs
- Signing secretrequired
On your Slack app's Basic Information page.
- Bot token (xoxb-…)required
With users:read and users:read.email: that is how the sender is identified.
Connecting it
- 1Open the Slack /helloteam tile under Settings → Add-ons and fill in what it asks for. Secrets are stored encrypted and never shown again.
- 2Once saved, the tile shows a URL: give it to the provider. Every request is checked against the provider's own signature or token.
- 3Settings → Calls shows what arrived, and when something was refused.
