Calendar sync and subscriptions
Two-way Google and Microsoft 365 sync, or a read-only ICS link.

Two-way sync
Settings → Calendar sync: connect your Google or Microsoft 365 account over OAuth. Your meetings and timed tasks go out to your calendar, events added there come back, and where both changed the last edit wins.
ICS subscription
- 1Profile → Calendar subscriptions → New link. Copy it.
- 2Google Calendar: Other calendars → From URL. Outlook: Add calendar → Subscribe from web. Apple Calendar: File → New Calendar Subscription.
The link is the credential: whoever has it sees the calendar. It is stored hashed, revocable at any time, and served private. One-way and read-only; the calendar refreshes on its own schedule, Google often hourly.
The ICS link works with any calendar without connecting an account: in exchange it is read-only.
