Plans and billing
The Free plan, the trial, the limits, what happens at expiry, and a failed charge.
Updated
Every new company starts on the Free plan, with no time limit and no card: 3 users, 2000 contacts, 500 emails a month, and the core modules: deals, tasks, internal calendar, reports, mailboxes, customer portal. Every other module is paid: on the Modules page each can be added to the subscription on its own for a monthly price (and removed: it works until the end of the period paid for, and nothing is deleted), or comes with a paid plan; each can be tried for 3 days on your own data, once. Companies registered before quotes, invoicing, products and time tracking became add-ons keep them free.
The 14-day trial is the paid plan with a clock on it, and you ask for it: from the Billing page or the Modules screen, once per company: 5000 contacts, 5 users, 500 emails a month, every module. Somebody evaluating the product should meet the product, not a crippled version.
Limits are checked before a create, and the refusal is a sentence rather than a 500. The monthly email counter is one row per company per month, so it does not slow down with the number of messages.
Expiry
After an ended trial or a cancelled subscription the workspace carries on on the Free plan: the core CRM stays writable and the paid modules switch off, but nothing is deleted: an upgrade finds everything where you left it. Holding records hostage is not a growth tactic.
A failed charge is usually a bank problem. The plan stays, a banner says the date, and only after 14 days does the workspace move to the Free plan. A successful charge gives the plan back at once.
The invoice for the subscription
A Hungarian customer needs a NAV-reported invoice from the seller, not a card receipt. Every successful charge raises an invoice in the provider's own organisation, through the same path as your invoices: there is one place that talks to Számlázz.hu.
