Email and automation

Automation recipes

89 ready-made recipes by category, and what to fill in before switching one on.

Updated

Automations → Recipes. A recipe with nothing left blank installs switched on in one click; one with a blank: a connection, a stage, an email whose wording must be yours: arrives switched off, and its card says beforehand what to fill in, because an automation activated with a hole in it sends empty mail. The list below is generated from the recipe gallery, so it cannot go stale.

Your own automation

A trigger (contact created, stage changed, tag added, form submitted, an order, a ticket, a booking, an overdue invoice, a schedule and more), then steps: wait, send email or SMS, create task, change stage, tag, call a webhook, act in a connected app, compute with a formula, let AI write or sort, and a condition that branches. You build it by dragging on a canvas; every step is logged, and a failed run can be retried from the step that failed.
